All outstanding custom orders will be finished and posted by 10th December
1st December - Christmas Peg Doll release
10th December - Christmas Sale & Collection release
11th December - Last day for Christmas deliveries
23rd December - Close of online shop for 2020, reopens 1st February 2021
We will be having 2 Christmas collections available this year. If you have a favourite custom toy you would like to pre-order we are taking orders till the 19th November. All custom toys will be posted by the 1st of December unless otherwise arranged. The cut off for all Christmas deliveries is the 11th December in lines with Australia Post recommendations. Any toys posted after this date we can not guarantee arrival for Christmas.
For our local East Gippsland customers we will be having Christmas stalls at a selection of local markets. Join our newsletter for updates.
Out of Stock Toys
We are uploading new toys regularly. If you are wanting a Classic Wooden toy that is out of stock please enter your email into the notify when back in stock field, and you will receive an email as soon as we restock that particular toy.

We welcome creating bespoke toys for our customers by customising the colours of our wooden toy designs. If you would like one of our toys in a custom colour please leave colour notes at checkout or message us directly via our contact page.
Custom orders do take time to handcraft, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for your order to be fullfilled.
Shipping & Delivery
Our in stock toys & dolls are shipped within 3 business days and confirmation of payment. However for our custom orders, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for completion.
All orders will be sent via standard parcel Australia Post unless express post option has been selected at checkout.Express Post
All international postage at this time will incur delays due to our current border restrictions surrounding the coronavirus outbreak. All orders that require international postage may take upward of 8 weeks at least.
We have been advised by Australia Post that if sending packages internationally to choose Express Post as they will be given preference.
Miss Molly's is not responsible for custom fees and charges that you may incur.
We package our toys securely. However once we have posted toys we are not responsible for loss or damage of the box and its contents.
Local Farm Gate Pick Up
You can pick up your orders directly from the farm gate on Deep Creek Road, Wiseleigh, East Gippsland. Select Pick Up at check out and we'll message you to let you know that your order is ready for collection. We also provide COD option if you would prefer to pay cash on pick up.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.
Refunds & Returns
Order Cancellation & Exchanges
We are happy to cancel or exchange your order at anytime up until the time of dispatch. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges once your order has been posted.
We provide full refunds inclusive of postage. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if it is unused with the original tags still attached and is in the original postal box. Please message us within 3 days of receiving your package to arrange your refund.
Warranty & Replacements
If you lose any part of a toy we gladly replace it. We charge a nominal amount for parts to be posted out and invoice you directly via PayPal.
Toys that require repair will need to be posted to us directly so we can fix them in our workshop. A small amount will be charged to cover work, parts and return postage.
**Please note we do not replace parts that require handcrafting to attach.
If there seems to be a problem with your toy breaking because of an issue beyond normal wear and tear, please message us directly and we will work with you to have your toys repaired or replaced. At times there may be flaws internally within the timber and we have a lifetime structural warranty on our toys under normal play conditions and will replace a part or the entire toy depending on the issue.
Postal costs will be refunded to you for the return of toys that have broken because of design, material or crafting issues.
