Please note; Due to the governments advice for us all to limit our time in public spaces we will only be posting out once a week, each Friday. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
At this stage we will no longer be offering free pick up from our workshop.
All orders will be sent via standard Australia Post.
We do send internationally with Australia Post, we provide economy air and express. Please use the express international option if you would like tracking on your package.
Please choose carefully as we can't off exchanges once your order has been processed.
We are happy to cancel your order at anytime up until the time of dispatch.
Any cancelled orders will be refunded. We don't however offer refunds on items that have been processed. If there seems to be a problem with your toy see below.
Warranty & Replacements
If you lose any part of a toy we gladly replace it. We charge a nominal amount for parts to be posted out and invoice you directly either via Square or PayPal.
If however their seems to be a problem with your toy breaking because of an issue beyond normal wear and tear, please message us directly and we will see try our best to help you. We have a lifetime structural warranty on our toys under normal play conditions and will replace a part or the entire toy depending on the issue. Any repairs will need to be posted to us directly so we can fix them in our workshop. Please note we do not replace parts that require handcrafting to attach.
Unfortunately we aren't doing bespoke or custom toys at this time.
