How to Buy


We upload new ready to post toys & dolls at the end of each month. To find out what toys we are working on for our next upload please follow our social media, blog or join our newsletter.

Our next upload will be on Monday, 29th July at 7 pm.

Each month we have a certain number of custom places available for bespoke toys and dolls. If you would like a particular colouring or pyrographic details then booking a custom place may suit you.


Custom Orders

We do take a small amount of custom orders each month. Custom places will be listed monthly as part of our collection upload. Please note that due to demand for our work orders may take up to 6 weeks to be completed. 


Afterpay & Layby

For your convenience we offer Afterpay as well as Layby options via PayPal invoicing.

When Laybying we will send you a PayPal invoice where you can make payments are your convenience.

Free Local Pick Up 
Free shipping option for customers who wish to pick up their orders directly from either our Bairnsdale workshop or Wiseleigh Studio. We also offer a COD option for customers who choose Local Pick Up .


All other orders will be sent via standard Australia Post. 
Please note we don't send items express due to our remote location we cannot guarantee delivery under 2 to 3 worklng days. 



If you have purchased made to order item/s, you can change and modify your choices up until the point of crafting. We don't offer exchanges on items once they have begun being made or dispatched.

Order Cancellation 
We are happy to cancel your order at anytime up until the time of dispatch, however all canceled orders do incur a 20% cancellation fee. 

Unfortunately due to the nature of our bespoke handmade business we cannot offer refunds on items once they have been dispatched. If your item arrives damaged we will gladly replace it. Please notify us as soon as possible with photos so we can remedy the problem as soon as possible. We may ask for the item/s to be returned to us, but we will compensate for any postal charges incurred.

Warranty & Replacements 
If you lose any part of a toy we gladly replace it. We charge a nominal amount for parts to be posted out and invoice you directly either via Square or PayPal. 

If however their seems to be a problem with your toy breaking because of an issue beyond normal wear and tear, such as a structural manufacturing fault in its material or craftsmanship please message us directly and we will see how we can help you. We have a lifetime structural warranty on our toys under normal play conditions and will replace a part or the entire toy depending on the issue. Any repairs will need to be posted to us directly so we can fix them in our workshop. Please note we don not replace part that require manufacturing.
