How to Buy

Our toys are available as Bespoke Orders, you are welcome to customise toys from our extensive design portfolio, individualising your toy's colours, details and timbers. As well we have a number of toys in stock and ready to post out. 

 In Stock Toys 

To shop for toys available for immediate dispatch look through our In Stock page. These items will be posted out within 1 to 3 days of confirmation of payment.  

Bespoke Toys

If your item is not in stock or you would like to customise colours, paint design and/or timbers your order will be processed as a Bespoke Order.

Please add your bespoke details to the note section on your cart page, including paint colours and timber choices. We are also happy to customise painted details as well as hand inscribe your toys with the pyrograph wood burner. 

**Please note any orders that have not specified colours or timbers will be chosen at randomly. 

Production Times and Checking the Status of your Order

In most cases you can expect your Bespoke Order to be completed between 2 to 4 weeks, however it can take up to 6 weeks during peak times. We will email you throughout the handcrafting process, initially when we schedule your order, and again once we have begun crafting and then when your order is finished and ready to be posted. If you would like to track your orders progress through our workshop and studio you can also log in to our Bespoke Order Status page via our Information menu.

If you require your order by a particular date, please add details to the notes section of your cart and we will see if we can help.

Artisan Range

These are our more more complex toy designs, our labour of love pieces. They take many days to complete and due to demand we can no longer offer them as made to order. However they will still be available as completed toys periodically. We recommend anyone interested in purchasing particular Miss Molly Artisan designs to follow our social media and subscribe to our newsletter to learn when they will next become available.

 

Discounts 

From time to time we offer discounts and sales. Shipping specials will be available directly in your checkout. Product discounts will need a code to be applied at checkout. Current discounts and relevant promotional codes will announced on our website announcement bar at the top of our page or through our social media and newsletter. 

Please note our discounts are not retrospective and can not be backdated to orders already placed. 

 

Afterpay & Lay-Buy Payments

If you would prefer to break your order into PayPal invoice part payments or place a deposit payment to secure your order instead of full payment up front we offer both Afterpay and Lay-Buy at checkout. 

Lay-Buy is a registered PayPal app that breaks your purchase into a 20% deposit and regular 6 week payments.

Both Afterpay and Lay-Buy great options to use if you are ordering bespoke and would prefer to just leave a deposit instead of full payment while we craft your toys. 

 

Shipping 

Free Local Pick Up 
Free shipping option for customers who wish to pick up their orders directly from either our Bairnsdale workshop or Wiseleigh Studio. We also offer a COD option for customers who choose Local Pick Up .

Flat Rate Postage 
Standard Australia wide postage is Flat rate $12 and is sent through Australia Post.

Express Post
If you require toys promptly please select from product listings that are numbered in stock.. We offer $18 Australia wide flat rate Express Post for fast dispatch. However please note that due to residing in a regional area, Express Post is not overnight and will take 1 to 3 days.

Large Order Free Shipping Discount 
For large orders over $100 we provide complimentary free shipping as a thank you for your patronage. (Please note Express Post is not provided with this option).

Insurance 
We don't offer extra insurance for your orders in transit. However if you have any concerns and would prefer extra coverage please select the Express Post option as this will provide signage to your delivery.

*Please note Miss Molly's is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during the shipment process. If there is a problem with the delivery of your package please take note of tracking number provided and speak directly with Australia Post.

**Unfortunately we don't ship internationally at this time.

 

Refunds

Exchanges
If you have purchased made to order item/s, you can change and modify your choices up until the point of crafting. We don't offer exchanges on items once they have begun being made or dispatched.

Order Cancellation 
We are happy to cancel your order at anytime up until the time of dispatch, however all canceled orders do incur a 20% cancellation fee. If due unforeseen circumstances your order takes longer than the 6 week maximum time frame, we will gladly cancel your order without the 20% cancellation fee.

Refunds 
Unfortunately due to the nature of our bespoke handmade business we cannot offer refunds on items once they have been dispatched. If your item arrives damaged we will gladly replace it. Please notify us as soon as possible with photos so we can remedy the problem as soon as possible. We may ask for the item/s to be returned to us, but we will compensate for any postal charges incurred.

Warranty & Replacements 
If you lose any part of a toy we gladly replace it. We charge a nominal amount for parts to be posted out and invoice you directly either via Square or PayPal. 

If however their seems to be a problem with your toy breaking because of an issue beyond normal wear and tear, such as a structural manufacturing fault in its material or craftsmanship please message us directly and we will see how we can help you. We have a lifetime structural warranty on our toys under normal play conditions and will replace a part or the entire toy depending on the issue.
