Description - This artisan biplane & peg doll is a beautiful keepsake toy to be handed down through the family. Constructed from sustainable Australian pine and beautiful hand sourced red gum timber. Sanded to a lovely smooth finish. It is detailed with the pyrograph and then hand-painted with certified non-toxic paint and finished with a food-grade wood sealer and a buff of organic beeswax.
The design features a handcrafted vintage style biplane with a pilot Peggy doll. The Peggy is hand-turned Victorian ash, with hand-painted details and a hand-crocheted cotton pilot cap. While the plane features a door that opens and closes and a spinning propeller.
